❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food or consumables for pets)

🔁 How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
